Worcester Fitness 25th Anniversary
We would like to celebrate with you our 25 years in business! Please join us for a 5K Road Race and walk on Friday September 26th at 5pm. Registration forms for the race can be found at either Worcester Fitness location, the entry fee is $20.00 and all proceeds will be donated to the Arthritis Foundation. Live music will follow and food and fun! Come for the run or just for the fun!

C.P.R. For Members
Learn the lifesaving skills for C.P.R. for the adult, child and infant with an overview of Automatic External Defribillation. This course will be held in our conference room from 6pm-9:30pm and is available for members and their friends. Fee is $35.00 and space is limited. Nutrition Course
We are excited to present to our members our New six week Nutrition Course conducted by our Nutrition Counselor; Ann Mazzola. The cost is just $60.00 for members and $75.00 for non-members. This course will be offered on Tuesdays at 6pm and begin September 23rd. Please sign up now, spaces are limited. Learn how to lose weight the healthy way and maintain that weight loss. Cardio Orientation
A cardio orientation for members is offered on the last Thursday of each month at 6pm. Learn new cardio equipment. Let us show you the proper way to work out using your target heart rate and discover how to maximize your results during your workout.

It's time again for our annual softball game to benefit Easter Seals. Members and friends are invited to play on Worcester Fitness' Softball Team. Get your cholesterol and glucose levels tested with our Nurse Health Educator on Tuesday July 8th from 4pm-8pm in our lobby. This test is complimentary to our members and only requires a simple finger stick.

On Thursday May 29th from 4pm-7pm come to your workout with questions. Our Nurse Health Educator and our Nutrition Counselor will be available to answer any of your medical or nutrition questions that day.

Choose your surprise workout from a choice of three pitches that we will give you when you arive at Worcester Fitness. Women and Weight Training
This two day workshop will focus on weight training and muscle shaping for women. Learn the safe and effective ways to re-shape and tone your body. Learn about reasons why your body hasn't toned up yet and what it takes for women to lose weight and regain a youthful toned physique. Please sign up at the Member Services Desk. Classes will be meeting at 4pm and 7pm.

Cardio Kickboxing
Our newest addition to our Group Exercise Schedule features Darla Shea as our lead kickbox instructor. Darla's experience as a martial arts instructor and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do adds to the expertise and intensity of this class. All levels of fitness are invited to participate in this excellent cardiovascular and strength training workout.
